Yesterday, I browsed through my hp photos hoping to find all the pictures of the project taken in the lab, then I happened to came across this half-blurred picture of the xray scan of my right arm a year ago when the fractured happen during last years njd tournament. I reckon I haven't upload it here yet so here it is. You can read more about it here. Credits to Mr Tiew for his photos.
Well as of now, after that surgery a year ago, the brass implant is still under my skin wrapping my Ulna or should I say, giving it a layer of protection. There was to be a second surgery scheduled to remove it, probably around this time of the year, but I guess the missing appointments with the doctor-surgeon made both of us forget about it. Im still unsure whether there is a need to take it off after my Ulna has fully healed, but I guess it will do just good being in there.
Right?
After all, my body has gotten use to the other implant on my leg and it shouldn't be a problem for this one in the future. There is the fact that even if I have a surgery taken now, Im sure MINDEF wouldn't be hesitant to place me in some simple minded task area during my NS. Speaking of which, medical checkup is on this coming thursday.
And if you still havn't take note of the countdown tab on the right, see how many days left! Im so happy this week.
